PERMISSIONS

● Clients may use their private commissions for personal use. If uploaded to social media, please credit me in the captions. ●● Clients, and other viewers, are NOT permitted to use my private commissions for financial gain. This includes NFTs, selling printables (prints, charms, etc.), game PDFs/art compilations, adopts/bases, or for paid promotions. ●● My work MAY NOT be used in any AI generators. ●● I will not use these works for further financial gain, other than to advertise my services. ●● I will only work on SFW commissions at this time. Mild gore (blood, cuts, violence) and suggestive, non-explicit scenes are okay. Clients may reach out for clarification if needed. ●● I will not draw actual people, including celebrities and family portraits, as themselves. ●● I retain the right to refuse a commission request per my discretion. ●

RENDERED TIERS

● Backgrounds: +30 USD (Portrait), +60 USD (Full Body) ●● Full Illustrations include a background and up to TWO rendered characters in the base price, but might not show the whole figure depending on the scene and composition. Additional characters will be priced by proportion and detail. ●● A work MAY NOT be changed mid-process to a higher or lower tier. ●● There is a 5 character limit per order. ●● A client may only order one Full Illustration at a time. ●

PAYMENT

● Payment will be made via Paypal invoice. ●● Clients must provide a valid email to pay the invoice, but it does not need to be linked to Paypal. ●● I will not issue an invoice until I am ready to start the work. ●● It is free to request a spot on the commission queue, and you can request another spot on the queue when work on your current commission begins. ●● If clients are unresponsive for two weeks after they've been updated, they will be removed from the queue. ●● If an invoice has been sent, but not paid, the client will be SKIPPED up to four times before the invoice is rescinded and their slot removed. They will receive a 24 hour warning. ●● Clients may ask to be put on hold (on a case by case basis). This hold spot will last for a long as my current queue. ●● I make a new queue when I change my prices. These new prices do not affect clients who have already been put onto an older queue. ●● I do not issue refunds for the commission, unless I am rendered unable to complete the work. ●

ILLUSTRATION PROCESS

● Clients must send VISUAL references before work can begin. For clarification on what that means, please visit this page: REFERENCE GUIDE ●● Please DO NOT change the references after work has begun. ●● There are THREE WIP stages (color rough, figure lines, base layers). ●● Clients get TWO ROUNDS OF FEEDBACK per WIP stage. ●● I encourage clients to take their time as needed to ensure that their feedback best reflects their needs. ●● Please DO NOT change the references after work has begun. ●

Completed work is uploaded to a Google Drive as three different file sizes (all PNGs). The client will get a link to this folder once payment and the commission is complete.

SKETCH TIERS

● Full Body : OPEN ●● Prices are as listed, and details will be simplified or omitted to fit within the sketch tier. ●● Clients must send VISUAL references before work can begin. For clarification on what that means, please visit this page: REFERENCE GUIDE ●● Please DO NOT change the references after an order has been placed. ●● If you have a specific pose or mood in mind, or if paired characters have a specific dynamic, SAY SO in the notes. ●● When ordering a sketch, you are doing so with the understanding that I will run with what has been given, no more and no less. ●● Clients may request up to 5 characters, which will be separated unless requested otherwise. ●● Clients may request a mix of tiers (if those tiers are available). ●

PAYMENT

● Payment must be made upfront via Paypal invoice. ●● I need a valid email to send the invoice, but this email does not need to be linked to Paypal. ●● If an invoice has been sent, but not paid, the client will be SKIPPED. If they have not paid within a week, I will contact them with a reminder. The client will have 24 hours to either pay or respond before they are removed from the queue. ●● I do not issue refunds for these commissions. ●

PROCESS

● A pose WIP will be sent only for Busts and Full Bodies. ●● Clients get ONE round of major feedback for this WIP. ●● Clients may request minor cosmetic changes to the finished sketch. ●● Completed work is uploaded to a Google Drive as two different file sizes, as well as a single transparent file (all PNGs). The client will get a link to this folder once payment and the commission is complete. ●

REFERENCE GUIDE

● You may use a variety of visual references from different sources. The following are just examples. ●● If a detail needs to be exact, use references. ●● If details differ slightly from the given reference, please provide clear, concise notes. ●● You don't need to provide a ton of references. Only do so for pertinent details. ●● I will take more artistic liberties for more vague references. ●● I will NOT trace another artwork, nor will I do recolors or touch-ups. I can pull inspiration from the pose, lighting, etc., but never tracing. ●
